The site does not copy originals. It uses links and facts only.

  1. 1. No copying of originals

    • The body text of an original is not copied.
    • Originals are not translated and republished.
    • Code, images, logos, screenshots and videos are not published.

  2. 2. Links and facts only

    • Each item consists of a link to the original and facts (title, publisher, date, licence name and the like).
    • Facts are taken only from official APIs or the original page.
    • Material is checked in line with each site's terms of use and robots.txt.
    • Service names are used only to name a source. Root Inside has no partnership with the services it lists.

  3. 3. Limits on what AI explanations are made from

    • [Easy view] is on the Korean pages only. When it is made, the body of an original goes into the AI only for a repository description file (README) whose licence allows derivative work. A README is read paragraph by paragraph for the explanation, and the original is not stored.
    • For a GitHub repository, whatever its licence, the inputs are the repository name, owner type (person or organisation), dates, licence name, the short description, topics and languages that GitHub shows publicly, and the glossary written by Root Inside.
    • For official blogs and documentation, the inputs are the title, the publisher and the glossary written by Root Inside only.
    • An AI explanation that overlaps an original sentence at length is not shown.
    • AI explanations are marked as written by AI.

  4. 4. Removal requests from rights holders

    • If you believe a listed item or explanation infringes your rights, please tell us through the address below.
    • Including the item's address and the right concerned speeds up the check.
    • On receiving a request, the item is taken down first and then checked.
    • The result is sent to the person who asked, and a record of the handling is kept internally.

  5. 5. Glossary

    • The glossary is written by Root Inside. (The glossary is on the Korean pages only.)
    • It is general explanation, not legal or technical advice.
